The hotel staff were very accommodating during our stay.

Had an awesome time with friends exploring the Great Smoky Mountains and checking out Ripley's Aquarium. The place was clean and perfect for our needs, just a place to crash after our adventures. Staff was friendly which made it even better. I recommend it for those looking to enjoy the area without breaking the bank.
The WiFi was pretty slow, which was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to share photos from our trip.

We were really pleased with our stay, especially enjoying the cozy queen room and the refreshing outdoor pool. Plus, the hot tub was a great way to unwind after exploring the area. Only downside was that the check-in took a little while since the office was locked when we arrived, but it didn't ruin our fun vibe! 😊

The Travelodge provided a very convenient location for my business trip, making it easy to access nearby meeting venues. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring my check-in experience was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, with no issues regarding pests or cleanliness overall, allowing me to focus on my work without distractions.
The parking situation was cramped and the pool area needs better maintenance.
